Our Story
Hello, My name is Amanda and I'm the owner of and trainer for Helping Paws Dog Training. This company was founded on my passion for animals, especially for "Man's Best Friend". Ever since I was a little girl I've had dogs and other pets in our home. I personally understand the importance of a strong bond between dog owners and their pets.
I myself have a service dog named Moose, who works side by side with me during training. He is what got me into training in the first place. We've now been training for a little over 5 wonderful years. In those years we have made countless cherished memories as well as many fur friends for life.
Our unique duel training style approach to training focuses on both owners and dogs specific needs. And yes Moose does actually help train your furry friend, more than you would ever believe. His calm, patient and loving demenor and his eager to please and not of working, makes him the perfect mentor and fur friend!
Together, with the owner, we tailer a program that is unique to you both which ensures your dog learns in a safe and supportive environment with as little stress on both owners and dog.
